HAROLD DEBLANDER

Harold Deblander is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, and real estate broker associate with Sotheby’s International Realty focusing on the counties of San Francisco, Alameda and Marin. He has deep, extensive experience handling real property in court related cases within probate and family law, with a focus in working with and resolving high conflict situations, including but not limited to domestic violence and uncooperative spouses.

As a real estate broker his clients and peers seek his professional advise for market trends and conditions as well as property valuations and innovative marketing approaches. He also has a very strong real estate developer background that provides him with a unique perspective into complex real estate problem-solving, construction, remodeling and value- added strategies.

Executive Assistant

Emily began her real estate career in the Chartered Surveying and Rural Real Estate industry before moving from England to the US in 2018. She brings a wealth of experience in dealing with high end clients, handling our client concierge experience from start to finish, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

BECCA ZAHORA

Transaction Coordinator

Becca Zahora began work as a Transaction Coordinator with BBPaperless in 2019 and has been working with Harold since 2021. She makes sure that all necessary paperwork has been correctly filled out and signed, ensuring that transactions are completed smoothly, and clients are kept up to speed with all of their transactional documents.

TOM HERTENSTEIN

Director of Marketing

Tom Hertenstein is the Director of Northern California Marketing and National Digital User Experience for Sotheby’s International Realty, where he leads all marketing activities for the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country and Monterey/Carmel. Overseeing transactions valued at more than $5 billion, Tom is responsible for developing and enhancing internal marketing platforms, building and implementing marketing plans for hundreds of listings per year, and partnering with the Sotheby’s auction house to leverage opportunities for national and global exposure.
